All pre-order items require a production period before shipping. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

After processing, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

No Cancellations or Refunds

All pre-order sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed due to the made-to-order nature of the items.
